Complex CMS Training

Many large corporations will have a complex CMS (content management system) but it can take some time before employees can get to grips with it. This is why training should always be provided, and will always bear the risk of disorganisation if people are using the CMS system without a good understanding on the different modules.

Training doesn’t have to be really complicated and some employees may only need to use several parts of the system, which is why different areas should have different access rights. You may have a module for deliveries, and the employee responsible for this area may not need to have access to any other areas.

Training is always required when a business is using a complex CMS system, and you can soon run into problems if an employee is not clear on how the system operates.
