New systems will be an inevitable part of our digital workplace, with people regularly having to go through the process of learning how to use them in depth. You will need to ensure that people know how to use all systems to the best of their abilities, so that they can perform their jobs properly and do as well for your company as possible.
It’s never easy to co-ordinate training for lots of employees. It’s very important though, and something you will need to do as a responsible employer. If you are using commercial software, find out if they run any of their own training programmes that you could enrol your staff on. If you have more bespoke software, you will need to assign people in your office to be responsible for training and making sure everyone can use all software. Your training officer can then arrange bespoke training as they see fit.
